Keith was very friendly and accommodating. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions and may have asked some questions more than once, but each time Keith was patient with us. We started looking in early August and Keith was able to get us pre-approved quickly and as we shopped he would check in with every few weeks to make sure everything was going well.
